The Codex is one system practiced through a series of tools. Each one helps you examine a different relationship within your experience—how you receive information, who is participating, what is happening within you, and what you choose to do next.
The goal isn't to guess what needs to change. It's to learn how to recognize what is actually happening.

How am I receiving information?
Before you can examine what you believe, feel, or choose, you have to recognize what happens when information reaches you. A key point that is often missed is that everything around you is information.
The Code uses RRERA: Sometimes the event isn't what changed.
Receive → Repeat → Extract → Resonate → Apply
You practice slowing information down, identifying what was actually communicated, recognizing what you pulled from it, noticing what resonated with you, and examining how you applied it.
The goal isn't to tell you what to think. It's to help you see how you're thinking.
Who Am I Being?
When the pattern keeps returning with you. Structure Breaking gives you a process for examining those structures instead of automatically participating through them.
You work backward through the layers of identity—examining what you do, what you believe, what you carry, and what has been allowed to become “I am.”
Recognition creates the opportunity to choose again. Sometimes what needs examination isn't only what you're doing. It's the identity, belief, expectation, or structure participating through it.
What is happening inside me?
Seeing a pattern doesn't automatically mean you've finished experiencing it. When understanding something hasn't made it disappear. Deep Dive creates space to examine what you're feeling and carrying without immediately trying to escape it, explain it away, or turn it into another identity.
The process moves through:
Place of Peace → Well of Mystery → Realm of Creation
You practice being present with your internal experience, exploring what is underneath it, and creating from greater awareness.
You don't have to fight what you find in order to understand it.
What am I choosing now?
Awareness matters because eventually there is a moment when you have to participate.
The Switch helps you move from recognizing what is happening to consciously choosing what happens next.
The process moves through: Examination → Grace → Gratitude → Focus → Declaration
You examine where you are, make room for what is true, direct your attention, and consciously participate in the choice you're making now.
Awareness opens the choice. Participation gives the choice form
Start With What You Can See.
You don't have to know the answer before you begin. You may only know:
“I keep doing this.” “This keeps happening.” “I understand it, but I still feel it.” “I know what I want to do, but I'm not doing it.”
Those are places to begin—not diagnoses.
The Codex teaches you to examine the relationships underneath the experience so you can identify what needs your attention instead of assuming every problem has the same cause.
